Appointments
We request that you arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Please refrain from bringing a party of people with you as we do not have the room to accommodate this. Please ensure that your brows are grown in if it is your first shaping with us. Regular maintenance clients are also advised not to "touch" their brows in between visits to ensure the continued quality of results. Refer to the F.A.Q. for more information.
Cancellations
If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, a 48-hour notice is appreciated. If this is not possible, please call us to let us know as soon as you can. Upon a receipt of a voicemail message, leave your name, scheduled appointment date/time, and phone number.
Policies
- We reserve the right to change our pricing with or without prior notice.
- We have no fixed hours of operation. As such we reserve the right to maintain or change our current hours to meet our needs, with or without prior notice.
- We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel your appointment if you are late and can no longer be accommodated in your original time-slot.
- We reserve the right to charge you partially or fully for no-show appointments.
- We reserve the right to refuse service if we feel you have not grown out your brows enough for us to work with to a satisfactory degree, if the result you request differs too drastically from what the scope of our artistic philosophy allows, if we feel it is aesthetically unsuitable for your looks, or if it is generally unreasonable, unrealistic, or practically unachievable, if you have a history of tardiness, non-presence, or cancellation of appointments without adequate advanced notice, and/or any other reason(s) as we see fit.
- We reserve the right to cancel an appointment if we have an emergency that prevents us from making your appointment (in which case we will issue you a full refund if you have pre-paid. This refund does not include V.I.P. membership pre-payments), if you've made a payment that was fraudulent, retracted, or otherwise faulty, and/or any other reason(s) as we see fit.
- We reserve the right to escort you out of our studio for disturbing the peace, comfort, or ambiance of our establishment in any way.
- We reserve the right to change or alter our services and V.I.P. membership terms with or without prior notice.
- Gift certificates and promotions have no cash value.
- We reserve the right to change our policies with or without prior notice.
